Our Customer Service Team serves as a communication liaison
between the customer, sales, and production.
The customer service team handles all order entry, and
maintains all data recordings of the customer’s roll
specifications, along with handling of product logistics.
At any time, the team can provide any of our customers with
a anilox synopsis, breaking down the detail of work that has
been processed at Interflex, to assist the customer in their
anilox roll management program.
Our Customer Service Team also
prepares engraving documentation for customer and company
archive records.
