A computer-guided laser is
used to burn the approved design into a proprietary
rubber-like covering. All types of engraving can be
achieved, including multi-level engravings, as well as
male/female engravings.
Interflex can engrave rolls
up to 23 inches in diameter, by 150 inches face length.
Larger capacity will be available in May of 2008.

| The completed embossing roll
is cleaned, then an initial inspection takes place, prior to
sending the roll to the Quality
Control department.
