President
With over 20 years at Interflex Laser Engravers, Tim Hawn has worked his way from Cylindrical Grind Specialist to President, gaining hands-on experience at every level of the operation. His focus on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction continues to drive Interflex forward—delivering reliable service and results printers can count on.
Austin Bridges
Operations Manager
Austin Bridges joined Interflex Laser Engravers in 2017 as a Quality Control Technician and has grown alongside the company ever since. Now serving as Operations Manager, he oversees both the Customer Service and Sales teams, ensuring every order moves through production with precision and efficiency. Leading a team of 13, Austin works closely with President Tim Hawn to keep projects on schedule and customers satisfied—upholding Interflex’s commitment to quality, service, and Southern dependability.
Zach Stokes
Plant Manager
With more than 19 years at Interflex Laser Engravers, Zach Stokes brings deep technical expertise and leadership to every part of the anilox manufacturing process. Starting in 2004 as a Plasma Spray Specialist, Zach worked his way through multiple roles in surface finishing, engraving, and quality control before becoming Plant Manager in 2019. Zach is passionate about continuous improvement and emerging technology, and takes pride in fostering teamwork, safety and quality on the production floor.
Brian Pruitt
Controller
Brian Pruitt joined Interflex Laser Engravers in 2023, bringing more than a decade of accounting and finance experience to the team. A graduate of Limestone University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting, Brian oversees all daily and monthly financial operations, reporting, and data analysis. Known for his precision and leadership, he helps guide Interflex’s financial strategy while supporting continuous improvement across systems and processes.
