Manufacturing process
Interflex can engrave rolls up to 39 inches in diameter, by 236 inches face length.
The completed embossing roll is cleaned, then an initial inspection takes place, prior to sending the roll to the Quality Control department.
Quality Control
State-of-the-art digital inspection equipment in our quality control department helps ensure pattern uniformity. An experienced technician examines the roll with a 100x power microscope, and records the impressions via high resolution computer images.
